Swirls & Butterflies Scrapbook

The Outlawz Girlz have challenged us again and this time it is to make a Scrapbook page with Butterflies & Swirls. My mother never had a wedding album, I am making her one. She passed away in 2002 battling colon cancer. I was 30 years old. I am making this in her memory as a keepsake for me and my then someday I will pass it down to my daughter.

Introduction

I’m Angela, the crafty gal behind Taste of Craftiness. I started this blog on February 5th 2010. My paper crafting hobby really began when I found Marty Horn, a veteran who started Anysoldier.com and in his forums I found the Anysoldier Card swaps. The group bought or hand made cards to send to each other to include in care packages we would send overseas to our chosen Anysoldier.com soldiers serving. The card swaps fizzled after almost 10 years going strong. I then joined in paper craft challenges. I have been at Outlawz Challenges since 2011. I am at Outlawz Challenges for the Twisted Thursdays design team. I do love to make all sorts of crafts. When there’s not a paper cutter or crochet hook in my hand, you can find me painting, reading, or snuggling with my two cats or playing with my two fluffy Pomeranians.
