Card of Firsts
I printed this free digi image onto card stock not sure if that is how it is done or not. After coloring with my Prisma color markers and adding some Stickles for sparkle, I decided to add on the first paper rose I made. This card is full of firsts! It was the first time I used these two different Cuttlebug embossing folders, the purple ribbon and the purple pearl I placed inside the rose.

Paper Roses
It is my first try making paper roses. I searched the internet to infinity and beyond trying to find a free tutorial on how to make these paper roses I see all over cards and scrapbooks. To be honest I couldn't get the center twisted tight as was shown in the video I had found but I am happy they look like flowers at all. I need to search for videos on how to color them so they look even more real but for today I am excited about how they came together!
I cut these flowers using my Cricut machine & my Sure Cuts A Lot program using an svg file I made of the pattern.

Paper Flowers
What have I been doing today? With just a few items I made these adorable little paper flowers! I found the tutorial for these online and will post the link as soon as I relocate where I found the idea for these flowers! I could just make dozens & dozens of them!

2 Christmas Embellishments, and
3 Christmas Colors
1 Christmas Sentiment

3 Christmas Colors
In this card I used my Cricut machine to cut out the frame, and the Sentiment. I used a Martha Stewart snowflake punch, made an accordion flower using the technique I learned at Simply Scrapping, and finished it off with a bow!

Weekly Challenges
Stamp & Scrap September Week 1
This card is my entry for the challenge. It was my first ever attempt at making an accordion flower. Definitely has some imperfections but I plan to use this technique in the future so I will be getting more practice! ;).

Crop Challenge 14
Period 10 Home Ec: Twisted Fabric Flowers
This is my take on the Twisted Fabric flower challenge. I used some type of scrap red silky fabric for the flower and the glue gun, my Cricut machine for the scalloped oval, my Cuttlebug for the polka dot & the Birds and swirls embossing folder, a border punch and the stamped phrase from TPC studio clear stamps and some ribbon.
