Such a beautiful scene..
I had a few marker issues on this 1st attempt. My marker left nice big dot blobs that kind of look like rocks right now. I tried to let them be happy accidents as Bob Ross would say. It is still fun to attempt to color up these beautiful images supplied by Kit and Clowder and top that off with the fantastic informative classes with tips and tricks are a must have!

Once I colored my image with Copic markers, I did some distressing with a little sponge dabbed and an ink pad. I found the layout or sketch as the craft world calls it, by casing another card I found on Pinterest. The beautiful card can be found at

For my clouds I used a new die I received in the Small Die of the month club at Spellbinders. It is called Floating Bunny. The set has clouds, a swing, balloons, a sentiment and a bunny. I also used a die set called Spellbinder Nestabilities called Labels Ten. I chose two different embossing folders since my card base is quite large. Both of these folders are from Cuttlebug. The spots are from a folder called Welcome Baby and the square pattern is from a folder called Traffic Jam. The sentiment stamp and the shape are both from Stampin Up.

Thank you to Alyce Keegan with Kit and Clowder for another adorable image to color up and practice techniques. For my card I used my Copic markers, a Martha Stewart lace edge punch, a Fiskars corner punch called Romantique. I topped it off with a fun heart sticker and placed a 1/2 cut doily under my image. Today I am sharing my finished image that I received from Day 25 in the 25 Days of Christmas. Alyce with Kit and Clowder Coloring group offered this wonderful image! This is an image currently offered for free in the classes it is called the Free Spring Moments Class. She looked so stunning I did not know what kind of card I should place her onto. Then I received my Spellbinders small die of the month called Floating Bunny and it had these cute little clouds, yay no more fussy cut clouds! Fussy cut is when you just cut it out with your scissors. The die that I used to represent my rolling hills of grass is from Spellbinders it is called Curved Borders One, and the little gate is from Memory Box Dies and it is called Cottage Garden gate. I colored my image using Copic Markers and did my best at following along with Alyce in her coloring pamphlet of the Spring Moments class image.
