Polkadoodles Beauty

Hello again my friends and followers!

Today I am sharing this beautiful image I won for participating in online challenges. Isn’t she adorable! I thought I would use these beautiful die cut damask cuts at  each corner and some liquid pearls. I used a beautiful lace scalloped edge punch on a few sheets of card stock and topped it off with a light blue ribbon that I have had since before I even had my own ribbon stash, it was like the first ribbon I ever won in a blog candy challenge. Lol! I topped it off with a yellow with white polka dot ribbon.

Dragons Adventure

Thank you to Alyce with Kit and Clowder for offering such wonderful freebies to practice our coloring techniques. I ordered these huge greetings cards so I had to really work at filling in the spaces. I used the Martha Stewart edge punch for the scalloped edges and a die that I cut in half for each corner, the die is from a set from Spellbinders called Damask Motifs I had this wide ribbon it was just long enough to wrap around the card. I colored the image with my Copic Markers and attempted to follow the dragon scale coloring by looking off a photo. I imagine if I actually watch the Kit and Clowder class next time it will be so much better! :)

Splitting a Damask Motif

Hello there friends and followers! Today I am sharing one of the images I chose for winning at

Isn’t she the cutest! I colored her up with my Copic Markers, added some pieces of various design papers, and toppped it off with this beautiful die I cut two in half to created the corner borders. The die is from Spellbinders Shapeabilities in the Damask Motifs.

Nino Kurts Art Garden

Hello again my friends!
I know I am posting a card every day lately! I have been busy that is for certain! As I make cards and enter them into challenges, I find that I win a few images along the way. I am trying to make sure I use the images right away since I was starting to feel guilty for winning images in the past and not ever using them. 2022 is going to be different! I am entering challenges across the web, joining in coloring groups on Facebook, and just staying so busy I don’t even have much time for my other hobbies so far this year. This beautiful image I received from a coloring group on Facebook called Nino Kurts Art you can find this group here

Isn’t she stunning. For my card I wanted to practice techniques to color a sunset in the background using my Copic Markers. I used a die from Spellbinders Shapeabilities Damask Motifs, a corner punch from Fiskars called Romantique, a Memory Box Die called Cottage Garden Gate that I chose from a prize I won at Dies R Us, EK scalloped edge punch, and a swirl die.

Bee Yourself!

Hey there I am just buzzing in to share this fabulous card using the wonderful hexagon pattern image from Varada Sharma that I received from winning a challenge at the Inspiration Station Challenge.

I knew just how I wanted to use this image. I have these adorable “Bee” stickers I bought from Tabs Art Shop on Etsy.

TabsArtShop's shop on Etsy https://www.etsy.com/shop/TabsArtShop

I added the two little bees on the corners and the plump one right near the middle. I could not leave the inside of the card out so I added this adorable bee with a heart design trailing behind on the inside corner of the card.
