S & R's SEPTEMBER BLOG HOP

WELCOME TO THE SEPTEMBER BLOG HOP!

“Haunted Hop”

Hi everyone!
Thanks for playing along in our September blog hop!

The Blog Hop with Sean and Regina is featuring cards and sentiments celebrating HALLOWEEN this month! Halloween was always such a fun, spooky holiday growing up! I remember the excitement building up to pick out our costumes  and then the fun school Halloween parties to the furious finale….trick or treating! Then the late night sugar rush from eating the loads of candy you struggled to carry home. Good times! There are more great times to be had this Halloween, how is that you ask? Keep Reading!

Join us on our haunting hop! Each host/hostess will have a card creation posted that is his/her representation of what HALLOWEEN means to them.

OUR BLOG HOP SPONSOR!

Scrapbook Stamp Society is our blog hop sponsor! The overall winner will receive digi’s from our sponsor. Please visit them at http://scrapbookstampsociety.com/index.php?! Also some of our blog hop host/hostess designers will be offering blog candy as prizes on their blog sites, so please do not forget to visit his/her blog (and leave a comment) to be eligible for bonus blog hop prizes!

CARDS SAMPLES FOR OUR BLOG HOPPERS!

Happy Halloween Card 1
For this card I used a Stampin Up Bat punch, Martha Stewart Punch for the blood, Sentiment Anita Be Stampin, Cuttlebug Haunted House Embossing Folder, and a rubber wood mounted Mummy stamp

Happy Halloween Card2
For this card I crop lifted off the internet I used a tan card, attached strips of white torn paper till it looked like a mummy and added googley eyes! I thought it was a great simple way to make a Halloween card that I just had to share!

My favorite part of Halloween was the candy. I remember wearing a boys costume one year by the time my mother took us shopping for costumes all that were left were the unwanted costumes. I was He-Man that year. Most houses had no clue I was a girl till I turned around and they seen my long blonde locks of hair. I am sure being a "girly" girl, I wasn't to happy at the time but you do what you have to in order to get lots of goodies!
