Last Thursday was a close friend of mines 42nd birthday, I have known her almost 30 years and along with a few handmade crafty gifts the crocheted chicken pot holder, an apple potholder that you will see in an upcoming post and I decided to make her a cake with what I had learned last summer at my 1st Wilton's cake decorating class.
