Anniversary/Wedding Card

l

I made this card as an Anniversary card but I believe it would make a nice wedding card as well. I used Cricut Wedding cartridge as well as a Cuttlebug embossing folder and a stamp for the greeting. I hand cut out follwing along the design pattern for the decorative edge as well as a border punch.

Sister in Law Birthday Card

What kind of birthday card do you make for a sister in law? This is what I have come up with during my brain storming for ideas while surfing the internet. With this card I used the Cuttlebug embossing folder for the flower design as well as the cupcake and postage stamp cut out, embellished with some beads a dragonfly stamped and powder embossed onto card stock and some ribbon.

It's a boy!

I am going to be a Great Aunt for the second time. I needed a card to go with the diaper cake I am going to make for my nephews baby. This is the card I came up with after searching for ideas for hours across the web. Used a border decorative lace punch, a stamped image of the baby on two different colors paper. Used Cricut cartridge for the circle and the flower, cuttlebug die for the sentiment.

Birthday Cards

The top Night on the town card I used Sure Cuts Alot program with a female SVG file as well as a circle all cut out on the Cricut machine, the red swirly was a sticker type add on the sentiment inside was stamped and the yellow moon was embossed with cuttlebug. The bottom 10 Little Monkeys card was made with the cuttlebug embossing folder, cricut machine for the flower bud and the monkeys and vine were stamped embossed and cut out with scissor very carefully one by one.

Back To School Card

This is my first card challenge I have entered. Stamped the ABC with white ink, Good Luck in black and I received the stamp of the children through a great bargain of like 20 rubber stamps I bought off of Ebay. Back to School seemed the perfect idea for this stamp.  The scrapbook paper is from All Seasons paper pack. The other 3 images were from printable bookmarks I found on the web.The stamp was colored with Prismacolor markers.

Halloween cards - Anysoldier.com card swap

Where have I been you might be asking yourself if you are following my blog. I have been trying to come up with ideas for Halloween cards to give the soldiers to send to their loved ones. This next swap I entered is the Halloween/Fall card swap. This October will be my 1st Anniversary for sending cards to the troops. My first set of cards were printed off my computer. After receiving my first set of cards from the swappers I wanted to do more. I was hand drawing up my own cards for the Christmas swap when my husband told me of a machine he seen at 3 AM on an infomercial. He told me we needed to head to the Hobby store and get me one. I didn't even kick start the scrapping card monster he created, it just flowed out of me ala' natural. :) I was not only creating for the soldiers at Christmas, Valentines, Spring and Summer but I ended up making all my own Christmas, Anniversary, and Birthday cards for family and friends. The addiction of the Cricut machine has blossomed into much more. I am considering attending a Scrapbook class this weekend at a local Scrapbook supply store!

So to what I was blogging about. Lol! Here's some of my first few Halloween creations!
