Lady Annes Challenges Guest Designer!

It's time for Anything Goes at Lady Anne's!

 I am the Guest Designer this week! The challenge  is sponsored by Digistamps4Joy! For my card, being the frugal paper crafter that I am, I used up more paper scraps, I'm really working hard to lighten up the scrap paper box, so I can buy more pretty papers most of all my paper was purchased in 2008 so it is time for some new pretties to play with, I just can't bring myself to purchase more when I have so much!  My image is no different, I colored it in my Color Me Creative Copic marker class taught by Suzanne Dean and even though I am not totally satisfied with the way she is colored, I cannot waste her, she must have a home on a happy card!
