The man in my life likes to fish so I am always drawn to images for men that relate to his passion. Then the wood grain paper, my husband was a trim carpenter for over 20 years and now owns a cabinet shop. So I had him in mind when making my card for the newest challenge at Digistamps For Joy which is themed, Make It For A Man. The image Sonia In Wintertime from Digistamps For Joy was colored with Copic Markers.
Hair: E35, YR21, & YR20
Reds: R22, R24, & R27
Headband and Boots: C5, C7, & C9
Skin Color: E000, E00, E11
Cheeks: R20
I used flower soft for the hand mitten, and for the bottom of the coat. The snowflakes were punched with a Martha Stewart Punch, the winter trees were punched using a border punch by EK Success, tossed in some doilies and a few resin Christmas items!

It is New Release Sunday at Digistamps4Joy! Another adorable image drawn by our very own talented artist Jen Leeflang!

Isn't he adorable! I paper pieced the blanket and colored his face hair and skin with Copic markers. I used flower soft to give the edge of blankie a fuzzy feel.

Sketch Challenge at Stamping Dragon Designs

Today begins my first challenge as a designer for Stamping Dragon Designs! I am so excited to play with these outstanding digis! For this weeks challenge it is a sketch and I decided to paper piece my digi choice "Ellie" and stick on a jiggly eye with lashes to give her that extra feminine touch.

I know a couple of little girls that adore elephants and the these colors together. I had them in mind when I was creating my card.

Stamping Dragon Designs

Stamping Dragon Designs Newest Designer! My entry to become a designer for Stamping Dragon Designs was approved! I was informed today that I was accepted to be on their team! I am so excited! I just adore these images and I know these are going to be such fun to create with! I am looking forward to creating and sharing with you more cards plus challenges using these wonderful images!

Here Lil' Piggy!

Oh my goodness I just love this little fella I was given from the Crafters Digital Art Center's Progressive Challenge! I loved Charlotte's Web as a kid and this little piglet reminded me of the story in which I adored as a child. As soon as I seen it I thought he's perched for some reason  and instead of Charlotte the spider, he's perched for a butterfly that has landed on a Quilled flower. He also was the perfect rounded shape and space I needed to practice for my Copic Class 1,the light source with my Copic Markers. :)
