Something with FUR

For my card, I am using the handmade flower by Emily, some lace,  a polkadoodles sentiment and digi. I used my copic markers to create the bubbles in the background and to color the digi. Copic Marker Practice

One thing about COPIC markers if you don’t use them often you find out the hard way they have dried out. Also, I’m a bit rusty again since I’ve placed my coloring classes on pause. But practice makes perfect, right? This is for my December COPIC markers class at Kit and Clowder.

New Beginnings

This week on Twisted Thursday the challenge is always ANYTHING GOES but the twist this week is NEW BEGINNINGS! For my new beginning card, I whipped up a bookmark for Mommy & Daddy to use in the books they read to that new baby girl. I added a cute Pompom as a tassle to my bookmarker.

Cookies for Santa Charger

Hey there friends and followers! 

My daughter sends me a text Thursday afternoon, "I need a gift for Dirty Santa for my Christmas Party at work!I have no money, what can I do?" I replied, "How about a plate/charger that says Cookies for Santa?" she replies "That would be cute, do you have a charger?" and what do you know, I just so happen to have a couple I have been saving for this very project idea! I whipped up the design with my Silhouette Cameo software, and within minutes and a few air headed mistakes we had her gift ready to go! She texts me later in the evening to tell me she is keeping the plate for her self, and not going to stay at the party very long. LOL! I knew she wouldn't want to give it away. This year is her first Christmas not only in her own apartment with her own tree, but with her boyfriend! I told her I was glad she didnt because I would like to add reindeer names going around the edge. I had been thinking of it every since she left out of here! 

Copic Marker Classes

Had a fun filled day working on my November Kit and Clowder coloring class. I struggled today, always happens when I don’t have the same marker combos, top that off I cannot seem to get a fine flick of the marker tip on my coloring. I need more practice!

Personalized Batman T-shirt

Last of the Batman themed T-shirts for my 3 Great Nephews. This is a one layer and turned out perfectly! I know the boys will love their new shirts! Time to work on a few crochet items. I wasn't kidding when I stated that I dabble in an assortment of crafts! :)

Two colors used here, and no layering turned out so much better! I still need more shirts to play with so I can get more practice using this heat press! :)

Batman/Robin Personalized T-shirt

My first time layering up 3 layers, and on both sides. :( my Robin symbol and the name took on too much heat. I need to use my heat press more so I can get better at this. This is a gift for one of my little great nephews.
